Full Service
Complete property management—rent collection, maintenance, reporting, and coordination.
10% of monthly rent + $500 onboarding
We never charge a lease renewal fee when renewing with the same tenants—only $250 when placing a new tenant.
Tenant Placement Only
For owners who prefer to manage their own property once a tenant is in place.
First month's rent
One-time fee includes marketing, screening, lease preparation, and move-in coordination.
